GROW ECOMMERCE provides marketplace account management services including, but not limited to, catalog management, product listing, SEO optimisation, advertising management, A+ content creation and overall growth consulting for Flipkart and Meesho sellers.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account access, product information, and timely responses required for us to deliver our services. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your business, tax and compliance information shared with us.

3. Payments & Fees

Service fees are agreed upon before the start of any engagement and are payable as per the schedule communicated to you. Fees once paid for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply industry best practices to grow your marketplace presence, sales and revenue outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including marketplace policies, market conditions and competition. We do not guarantee specific sales figures or rankings.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all business data, credentials and account information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform the agreed services or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, creatives and reports produced during our engagement remain the property of GROW ECOMMERCE until full payment has been received, after which ownership transfers to the client as per the agreed contract.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as specified in the service contract. Outstanding dues for work completed until the termination date remain payable.

8. Limitation of Liability

GROW ECOMMERCE shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
